Playa Flamingo is the marina-and-hillside town north of Tamarindo — more built, more views, and a different social rhythm than the surf pockets.
Buyers who want restaurants, a marina, and a hillside sunset without committing to Tamarindo’s scooters often look here. Inventory runs from condos above the bay to houses on the ridge with a real ocean line. It is more developed than Playa Grande and less of a walkable surf circus than Tamarindo. Ask about the actual view from the living room, HOA health, and whether you are buying Flamingo or a pin in Potrero. Adam works this pocket when the view is true and the building is not a science project.
